1. Company

(1) Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

Our company is a transmission tower, communication tower and related accessories professional manufacturers, with experienced workers. All of our products are made according to customer demand production.

(1) What certifications do you have?

Our company has acquired IS09001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification and ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system certification.

3. Technical Capability

(1) What is the capability of your design team?

There are 6 personnel in our technical department, 4 of whom have participated in foreign projects such as Pakistan and Myanmar. Our company has its own lofting software, which can loft production in strict accordance with the drawing requirements. Our flexible design mechanism and strong strength can meet customer requirements.

(2) What are the technical indicators of your products?

The technical indicators of our products include steel material, steel size, weld quality, hot-dip galvanized appearance and thickness. The above indicators will be tested by CMA, CNAS or a third party designated by the client.

(3) How is your product different in the industry?

Our products adhere to the concept of quality first and service superme, and meet the needs of customers according to the requirements of different product characteristics.

4. Procurement

(1) What is your purchasing system?

Our procurement system adopts the 5R principle to ensure the “right quality” from the “right supplier” with “right quantity” of materials at the “right time” with “right price” to maintain normal production and sales activities. At the same time, we strive to reduce production and marketing costs to achieve our procurement and supply goals: close relationships with suppliers, ensure and maintain supply, reduce procurement costs, and ensure procurement quality.

(2) Who are your suppliers?

At present, we have been cooperated with 15 businesses for 5 years, including Anshan Iron and Steel Group Corporation, Panzhihua Iron and Steel Company, Anyang Iron and Steel Company, Chongqing Iron and Steel Company, Handan Iron and Steel Company and other large steel manufacturers.

(3) What are your standards of suppliers?

We attach great importance to the quality, scale and reputation of our suppliers. We firmly believe that a long-term cooperative relationship will definitely bring long-term benefits to both parties.

5. Production

(1) What is your production process?

1. Communication and confirmation of design drawings.
2. Signing the contract.
3. The technical department will stake out the correct drawings and data after confirmation, and submit the material purchase list.
4. When the raw materials arrive at the factory, the quality inspection department will sign for receipt after inspection.
5. The production department arranges the production work according to the technical data after the technical department has staked out.
6. Quality control personnel conduct quality inspection after the final product is produced, and hot-dip galvanizing after passing the inspection.
7. Quality control personnel conduct final inspection on finished products after galvanizing.
8. The packaged products enter the finished product warehouse.

(2) How long is your normal product lead time?

It depends on the demand of the goods.
The delivery time will take effect after ① we receive your deposit, ② we get your final approval for your product.
We will do our best to meet your needs. In most cases, we can do this.

(3) Do you have MOQ for products?

No MOQ. No matter how much the demand is, our company welcomes your cooperation.

(4) What is your total production capacity?

Our total production capacity is about 40,000 tons per year.

(5)What is the shelf life of your products?

Product quality can be guaranteed for 50 years.

6. Quality Control

(1) What testing equipment do you have?

The quality inspection department has universal testing machine, ultrasonic thickness gauge, ultrasonic flaw detector, spectrum analyzer, coating thickness gauge, weld inspection ruler, etc.

7. Payment Method

(1) What are the acceptable payment methods for your company?

30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T balance payment before shipment.
More payment methods depend on your order quantity.

8. Service

(1) What technical services do you provide?

Our company provides technical guidance services during the installation process, and after-sales service due to product quality problems that occur during the installation and commissioning process.
